Paring Knife

The Paring Knife features a 3.2 inch double 
bevel blade that has a superfine edge ability. It is ideal for cutting, mincing, and peeling
ingredients. This knife can be used for produce- for example, a kiwi or a radish. The short blade of the knife also allows the user to easily make decorative cuts.

This knife includes free sharpening from Kikuichi Cutlery and is covered under their manufacturer's warranty. It is made in Japan and has a 3.2 inch molybdenum stainless steel blade. Note that this knife must be hand-washed in warm water with mild detergent.
