Santoku Knife

The Santoku Knife features a 7 inch double bevel blade that holds a sharp edge. It is ideal for quickly chopping, cutting, and slicing ingredients. This knife can be used for produce- for example, a watermelon or a squash. It can also be used for protein- for example, a beef tenderloin or a roasted chicken.

This knife includes free sharpening from Kikuichi Cutlery and is covered under their manufacturer's warranty. It is made in Japan and has a 7 inch molybdenum stainless steel blade. Note that this knife must be hand-washed in warm water with mild detergent.
